Rocklin Management Office and Amenities – Tenant Improvement in Rocklin, CA
JBS Builders began work on the new Rocklin Management Office and Amenities in Rocklin, CA in September 2016. The work consists of a Spec Suite (5,000 SF), Management Office (1,100 SF), Café (295 SF) and Board Room (695 SF). Project improvement features consisted of glass partitions, acoustic, hard lid and open space ceilings, stone counters, ceramic wall tile, wood paneling, CRL Laguna Series door and partitions systems, decorative and specialty lighting throughout, break-rooms, meeting rooms, offices and open office area, and stained concrete floor finish in reception area of Spec Suite.

Spec Suite leased in December 2016 (3,100 SF) – changes to overall project include demising a small portion of Spec Suite for a new, smaller Spec Suite (1,200 SF). Project completion anticipated for March 2017.

NorCal Logistics Center – Construction Management Services in Stockton, CA
JBS Builders began providing construction management and advisory services related to a three (3) building distribution warehouse development project of 1.7MSF in Stockton, CA in November 2016. Services consist of: Review design plans at conceptual, schematic, design development and construction document phases, make comments and recommendations, coordinate with architect and civil engineer with preparation and submittal of the Site Plan Review submittal to the City of Stockton, review the project fee schedule prepared by the City of Stockton, make comments, assist design team with preparation of bid documents, coordinate with the architect and civil engineer for plan check and permit submittal(s) to the City of Stockton, and assist with public utility service applications and fees. Completion of project/services anticipated for December 2017.
